• What does “Raw” and “Unfiltered” actually mean?

  Most commercial honeys are flash-heated (pasteurized) and fine-filtered to prevent crystallization and create a clear look. Raw honey is never heated above hive temperatures ($~35^\circ\text{C}$), which preserves natural enzymes, antioxidants, and local pollens. Unfiltered means we only use a coarse mesh to remove large debris (like wax), keeping the beneficial fine particles intact.

• My honey has turned solid or “cloudy.” Is it spoiled?

  Not at all! This is a natural process called crystallization. It is actually a sign of high-quality, real honey. Unlike sugar syrup, pure honey contains natural sugars and pollen that bind together over time.

• Can I give this honey to my baby?

  No. Honey should never be given to infants under 12 months of age. This is due to the risk of infant botulism, a rare but serious illness. While harmless to adults and older children whose digestive systems have matured, the spores sometimes found in honey can be dangerous for infants.

• How should I store my honey, and does it expire?

  Honey is one of the few foods that never truly expires if stored correctly. We include a "Best Before" date for quality standards, but archeologists have found edible honey in ancient Egyptian tombs!

• What happens if my jar arrives broken?

  Because honey is heavy and usually packaged in glass, we take extra care with eco-friendly, shock-absorbent packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and the broken jar and email it to us at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
